Life,as it is

I miss the times when i first sat on this, awed by the picturesque scenery that accompanied it. The few minutes that i felt like i was in paradise, with no worries at all. (Y)

Anyhow, i happened to see the review for "the curious case of benjamin button" and this particular quote struck me.

Captain Mike: You can be as mad as a mad dog at the way things went. You could swear, curse the fates, but when it comes to the end, you have to let go.

We can never know what awaits us.

But isn't it true that so often in our lives, we choose to still live in the past and forsake the future when bad things happen? Life cannot only be understood looking backward. It must be lived forward. Along the course of our lives, we will meet people who will create a dent in our lives, but also many others who will light ours as well. Since we cant control what happens in life, why not look forward with hope?Benjamin Button: Your life is defined by its opportunities... even the ones you miss.

That being said, i hate it when people keep criticizing others on what they do when they, in the first place choose to do ______ in the first place. You have a choice-- if you dont like it, then don't do it in the first place. Or rather, you can choose to quit now. Its perfectly up to you.If you choose to stay, then please refrain from continuously complaining about what others do when you were the one who already set your mind to be on it. its rlly annoying...
